DELIVERY POLICY
Product delivery by NETT FRONT SRL is carried out in physical format and sent either via the courier company (Gebruder Weiss SRL) or directly by the company.
Choose the desired product and press the "Add to cart" button. Enter the delivery details and select the payment method: online payment by bank card. Please complete the order form correctly and indicate the individual or legal entity to whom the invoice and delivery will be issued.
The email address is very important because information related to the purchased product will be sent via email.
If you choose online payment, enter your card details. For these types of payments you will benefit from online banking security guaranteed by Shopify.
NETT FRONT SRL does not store and does not have access to your card details.
If the transaction is successfully completed, you will be redirected back to the website www.refront.ro, where you will receive details related to access to the purchased product.
Parcel delivery is carried out by courier (Gebruder Weiss SRL) or by NETT FRONT SRL depending on each client's destination.
Delivery will take place within 48 hours to 5 days from the moment the product is completed, considering that the production process takes between 4 and 5 weeks. For any delays please contact us at hello@refront.ro.
Shipping may be free depending on offers and promotional codes displayed on the website at the time of order completion.
The delivery cost is calculated based on the value of the order regardless of the delivery area. The cost is calculated according to the table below.
