HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, processes the personal data of candidates applying for available positions, employees, individual clients, representatives of corporate clients, contractual partners and collaborators, as well as other individuals who interact with the Company and/or are involved in contractual relationships with it.
Personal data are:
processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject
collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes
adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed

WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?
For the conclusion and execution of service and partnership/collaboration contracts, we mainly process the following types of personal data: first name, last name, ID card/passport series and number, gender, home/residence address, bank account number, email address and phone number.
For completing and submitting the contact form ("Contact us") on the Company’s website www.refront.ro (hereinafter the "website"), we process the following personal data: first name, last name, email, phone number and, where applicable, other data if they are provided voluntarily by the data subject in the "Comment" section.
For the purpose of presenting and posting photos, videos or testimonials on social media platforms, we process the following data of NETT FRONT SRL employees/clients: image, voice, first name and last name.
For website visitors, we may collect data through cookies or similar technologies, such as: IP address, internet browser, location, web pages accessed on our website, time spent on the website, internet network and device used. For more details, please consult the Cookie Policy.
We do not use your personal data to send marketing communications, such as newsletters, unless you expressly consent to such communications by checking a consent box for this purpose. In this case, we process only your email address and ensure that you have a simple option to unsubscribe at any time, meaning you can withdraw your consent to receive such communications.

Your personal data are processed for the purpose of:
