RETURN POLICY
According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, you have the right to return products purchased through a distance contract, regardless of the reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the package without providing a reason.
To request a return or exchange for an order placed on www.refront.ro, you must contact NETT FRONT SRL by email at hello@refront.ro.
The submitted request will be analyzed and you will be notified by email regarding the status of the notification within a maximum of 3 working days.
Return or exchange requests are accepted within a maximum of 20 days from the date the order was placed.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received by the Buyer.
The cost of transport, return shipping and other fees related to product returns will be fully borne by the client unless otherwise specified.
The refund of the value of the returned products accepted by NETT FRONT SRL will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of termination of the purchase contract, using the same payment method chosen by the Buyer.
If the courier company delivers your order and the package shows visible signs of damage such as dents, crushing, moisture, being opened, etc., do not accept the delivery and submit a complaint directly to the courier or the courier service, specifying the reason for the refusal.
If the returned products are unsealed, have damaged packaging, the original packaging is missing or damaged, or the products show signs of scratches, dents or other damage, our company has the right to decide whether to accept the return. If these nonconformities are present, NETT FRONT SRL may deduct an amount from the product value as assessed by the company through the website www.refront.ro, refunding the Buyer an amount proportional to the condition of the returned product. If the client refuses the refund offer assessed by NETT FRONT SRL, the client may choose to receive the returned product back, even if it does not comply with this policy, while bearing the cost of reshipping the product.
In the case of damaged or non-compliant products, a return request must also be submitted as indicated above. The damage must be described in detail and photographs demonstrating its extent must be attached within 3 days from receiving the order. Please send all details through the appropriate contact form.
Because NETT FRONT SRL products are made based on personalized orders, taking into account the size, model and color chosen by the buyer, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product does not meet quality standards or specified characteristics, or if it is scratched or damaged.
