OFFICIAL REGULATIONS OF THE "WIN A GIFT VOUCHER" COMPETITION EVENT

These regulations are intended to inform about the conduct of the COMPETITION EVENT initiated by the ORGANIZER and are addressed to a certain category of participants (designated by the ORGANIZER ), representing a series of rules that must be followed.

1. ORGANIZER

The organizer of the "WIN A GIFT VOUCHER" contest event is NETT FRONT SRL , with registered office at No. 1/F, VIDRASAU, Mureș County, registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J26/1077/2006, fiscal code no. RO 18823140, represented by Andras Bartha as Administrator.

The organizer reserves the right to extend the duration of the contest, modify the contest rules, disqualify participants who do not comply with the rules, and cancel the contest, but not before announcing these changes to the public.

The Contest Rules are available online, on the Instagram account @smart_refront.

By simply participating in the "WIN A GIFT VOUCHER" contest event, participants declare that they will comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Regulations for the organization and conduct of this Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as " OFFICIAL REGULATIONS ").

2. DURATION AND VENUE

2.1. Contest event
takes place during the BIFE SIM 2025 event.

2.2. To participate in the contest, participants must participate in the raffle within BIFE SIM 2025.

2.3. Participation in
the competition event implies knowledge and acceptance of all provisions,
the terms and conditions of these Regulations.

2.4. In the event of non-grant
all prizes within the period specified by the organizer
reserves the right to reallocate the remaining prizes to other Marketing actions.

3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

3.1 Any natural person aged at least 18 years old by the start date of the contest, or in the case of minors, accompanied by an adult or legal representative, and residing in Romania, may participate in the "WIN A GIFT VOUCHER" contest event, under the conditions provided for in these OFFICIAL REGULATIONS.

3.2 Legal entities, regardless of their legal status, cannot participate in the competition event.
by their nature, authorized natural persons (PFA), enterprises
individuals, family businesses, associations, foundations, non-profit organizations, as well as other similar forms of organization.

THE COMPETITION EVENT IS INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR BUYERS, INDIVIDUALS, WHO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THE ORGANIZER'S ONLINE STORE.

3.4 Participation in this contest event implies full acceptance of these OFFICIAL REGULATIONS.

4. MECHANISM AND PRIZES AWARDED WITHIN THE COMPETITION EVENT

The prizes that can be won within the "WIN GIFT VOUCHER" contest event, according to the conditions set out in these OFFICIAL REGULATIONS, are the following:

4.1. The winner will receive a voucher worth 3000RON, valid for 90 days from issue, exclusively for purchases on the webshop www.refront.ro. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent.

4.2. The winner will be randomly selected via www.random.org from all valid entries and will be announced on the Instagram and Facebook page within 2 days of the end of the contest.

Art.4.3. The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not respond within 2 days, another winner will be chosen.

Art.4.4. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram / Facebook nor associated with Instagram / Facebook. Participants release Instagram / Facebook from any liability related to this contest.

5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 The organizer and
The campaign implementer undertakes to respect the rights of all participants, in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

5.2 Participation in the Contest is based on the express consent of the participants.

5.3 In order to achieve
For the purposes mentioned above, your personal data may be accessed by our trusted suppliers and collaborators, under a contractual commitment regarding the confidentiality and safe keeping of this data, from the following categories: service providers, collaborators and contractors, auditors, lawyers and other external consultants. 5.4 In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons

if you feel aggrieved by the processing of your personal data. In the event that the processing of personal data was carried out on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, in the same way in which you expressed it, that is, in the online environment, by sending an e-mail to the address mentioned in this chapter.

5.5 We do not use your personal data for automated processing or profiling. We assure you that we never make automated decisions about you.

5.6 We note that we will retain your personal data collected based on your consent and the legislation in force (e.g. the Tax Code, the legislation on the protection of consumer rights, the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure) only for as long as they are necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above or for the period provided for by the legislation in force.

By simply participating in this campaign, participants agree that their first and last name, as well as their email address, will be entered into the campaign organizer's database.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

Participants in this campaign agree to the provisions of these REGULATIONS. Any failure to comply with the campaign REGULATIONS will result in the automatic cancellation of winnings.

7. TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

Registrations for the competition event will automatically end on 16.05.2025. The competition may end before the date mentioned in the previous paragraph only in the event of an event constituting force majeure according to the legislation in force, including in the event of the ORGANIZER's inability, for reasons beyond its control, to continue it.

8. LITIGATIONS

Any disputes arising between the Organizer, the implementer and the participants in this Campaign will be resolved
amicably, and if this is not possible, they will be resolved by the competent courts at the headquarters of the ORGANIZER.
